REGENCY PERIOD PATCH BOX

Exquisitely Decorated with English Roses and Delicate Wildflowers on a soft white porcelain ground inscribed with lines so that it resembles the grain of Fine Ivory. Traces of the original Gilding remain on the embossed bronze collar and the Hinged Lid opens to reveal the original mirror inside!  Of the Highest Quality known in its day, it was quite a prized accessory to the Court Lady who once owned this, now, object of virtue. About 3" in Diameter and in Excellent Condition. Circa: 1825.
